All WATSU® 1 and WATSU® 2 courses in South Africa are being taught by South African physiotherapist Adele Pudney.  She is an excellent and highly skilled WATSU® instructor. 

Adele will be teaching multiple WATSU® 1 & WATSU® 2 courses during 2023 to prepare participants for Clinical WATSU® 3 in October.

Clinical WATSU® 3:   Listening to Each Body

October 22-27, 2023  (6 day course)

Location: Cape Town

As one previous participant in South Africa described it, “There’s WATSU 1, then WATSU 2, and then there is Peggy’s WATSU WONDERFUL!!”

Learn how to move freely by adapting and creating movements to address the specific needs of each and every individual.  We all have ‘special’ needs!
