From Alberton on the N17

• Take Tonkmeter off-ramp left
• Turn left towards Springs and pass N17 hospital on your left
• At robot (traffic light) turn right into Springs West Road
• Take the slip way left onto the bridge
• Turn left onto Plantation Road
• Cross over South Main Reef Road
• Pass Olympia High School on your right and go over the robot (traffic light)
• Plantation Road now becomes Third Street
• Pass Hugenote High School and Jan van Riebeeck Primary School on your left
• Third Street now becomes East Geduld Road
• At the four way stop (with WK du Plessis School on your right) turn left into Robertson Street
• Go over four way stop
• Turn right into Gladstone Street and first left into Newhouse Street
• New Life Biokinetics (number 10 – the course venue) will be on your left, fourth house after the four way stop  (Dr Gerda Joubert 011 811 5853 or 082 784 4367)  

From Oliver Tambo Airport on the N12 towards Witbank

• Past Boksburg and Benoni
• Take the Kingsway off ramp to the left
• Turn right over the bridge and N12 highway towards Springs
• Pass Modderbee Prison on your left, and the Sasol garages and Murray Park on your left
• Pass underneath the train bridge and take slip left at the robot (traffic light) into Cowles Street
• Pass the mini circle
• Take the second right into Connaught Street
• Turn left into Maskew Street
• The road ahead forks into two, keep to the right into Newhouse Street
